@the1957news: The Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) has allocated 39,256 seized gallons of vegetable cooking oils to the National School Feeding Programme after the products were confiscated by GRA and security agencies and kept at the Authority's state warehouse, Tema. The allocation followed the failure of the owner to come forward to claim the seized goods.
20000 will pass somewhere n the rest will go to the school feeding

What
GRA did is theft. How can they allocate what does not belong to them? They only have the right to seize the goods but they do not have any right to use them or allocate to someone for use.
