Take a cooler to work, put a spray bottle in it, spray yourself with it throughout the day. Gel ice packs also are great!

I know y'all probably aren't allowed, but anybody working in this heat with no air conditioner can definitely go into my house and cool down with plenty of refreshments in the refrigerator. I may not be home, but I can unlock the door for them, and the air conditioner stays at 68.

check out mission evaporate cooling scarf or hat, there’s a few different options on amazon. order two, put one in a water bottle that is easy to open and filled with ice (make sure it’s insulated so the cold will last all day), then swap them as you drive around. i’ve unloaded 100+ degree containers with them, they work great.

Girl we did this when I worked for Aaron’s sales and lease on accounts runs 😂 pulled the truck over an were like excuse us ma’am not to be rude but can we spray out heads and caps down. They were cool people and got a laugh outta it but man box trucks get hot even with ac on
