@grahamcweaver: Most of your suffering isn't happening to you—it's happening inside you. Here are the 3 biggest traps that keep people stuck: replaying old wounds on repeat, waiting for life to "really start," and numbing instead of feeling. Which one of these hits closest to home? #mindset #stress #anxiety #MentalHealth #peace

buddhist dont have the word dukkha. it is a common in many devnagari/sanskrit based languages which roughly translates to sadness or suffering. not saying buddha didnt teach about dukkha just dukkha is not a new 'buddhism word' its just a normal word in india/nepal equivalent to sadness or suffering

It’s pronounced “dhukha” not “dukha”. It’s a “dh” sound in the beginning. A soft muted “d” with a “h”. Not a hard “d”

Not "the" insight, but rather "your" insight. My insight is that the ancient, long contemplated Buddhist concept of Dukkha is an awareness that, through suffering, and the coping with it, leads us to enlightenment. Avoiding suffering in this life is but a childish fantasy; although if miraculously yet achieved, would only lead to a departure from enlightenment, imo.

Buddhism is not a language to have words. The word 'Dukha' means sorrow/misery and is used in Nepali, Hindi and other regional languages. Yes Buddhist people in Nepal and India use this word but it doesn't mean it's a Buddhist word.
No hate for Buddhism.
