@abc7newsbayarea: A family husky showed its protective instincts in spades when a bear came running across their driveway with a child standing there. Home security footage from Jeffrey Tazzara shows the dramatic encounter, as the bear comes running into shot, before the pursuing dog gets between it and his son. “You’re always wondering in the back of your head, ‘What’s gonna happen if she needs to protect us?’ And now we know,” Tazzara said in an interview with WTNH News8. Tazzara said he’d reward his loyal dog with a T-bone steak.
