Um homem de 64 anos, identificado como Raimundo Nonato Madeira, foi morto a tiros na noite da última quarta-feira, 8 de julho, em Santa Maria de Itabira, na região do Médio Piracicaba, em Minas Gerais. O crime ocorreu um dia após o sepultamento da filha dele, Luna Vitória Santos Madeira, de 19 anos, falecida no último fim de semana. A ocorrência foi registrada por volta das 18h15, às margens da rodovia MGC-120, no bairro Barra. O Samu foi acionado, mas a vítima não resistiu aos ferimentos e morreu no local. A área foi isolada para a perícia. Um homem de 38 anos foi detido e a arma usada no crime foi apreendida. Segundo informações apuradas, Raimundo Nonato teria procurado o suspeito antes da ocorrência, mas as circunstâncias do encontro e a motivação do crime ainda são investigadas pela Polícia Civil. Não há confirmação de relação entre a morte da filha e o homicídio.
