Does your state have any of the following agencies that you can contact over their heads? Like in Oklahoma and in Colorado they have Bureau of Investigation Agencies - like a Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI), a Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA), or the State Police. Regardless of the title, these agencies generally serve local and county police by providing forensic laboratory services, maintaining criminal history databases, and assisting with major, complex, or multi-jurisdictional crimes.
