its amazing what you can do to the back of a small van this is ours. Recently had the best road trip around Scotland, three of us in the van with the awning!! you'll never regret it!! xxx

We got a vivaro as our first camper van to make sure we liked it. 4 years later we still love it. One day when money allows we’d love a motor home but a vivaro van is perfect for parking, driving around the lakes. So excited for you!

You should have seen my van when I first got it. Same tradies had tried to half turn it into a camper, grey was the only word needed to describe it. She’s beautiful now ✨

Mechanical side of thing is most important. Plenty of people spend a fortune converting a van and then find it's knackered mechanically.

i dont hate it I love it it's got character you will make it your own my van is a short wheel base sprinter and its 25 years old and I love it. You will always get people who say you made a mistake just go with what you want

we got a converted vivario... wouldn't change it as can comfortably be parked anywhere and also fits under height barriers that bigger vans can't 🥳 everything in it that we need too 👌🏼

Put a U shape conversion in. And use a power pack to save the faff of fitting electrics. Coming from someone who just fitted electrics in mine 😂

I love mine….was a 16 seater minibus, I ripped everything out & I’ve totally changed the inside (a few times) it’s 18yrs old….has 110,000 on the clock & is my weekend getaway come rain or shine.

truth is, you can never be 💯 certain about any vehicle you buy. I know people have spent a fortune on brand new flashy cars & had all sorts of problems and others that have been driving around in antiques that look like they could fall apart any moment. i think its going to be perfect for you both & hey, if it needs a bit of work, so be it. congratulations 🎉 beep beep
