we were separated, living completely separate for around 6 months. called police, detectives came to my house and had me initiate a call to him, get him talking he described IN DETAIL what happened and how sorry he was......nothing happened, my lawyer turned out was friends with his lawyer....my lawyer never showed up to court so I was told to present the evidence myself....I didn't do it right....and we "technically" were still legally married.....it got thrown out ...this was 2003
