Small idea to make your pizza oven even better. The thing is that the bottom stone must be as flat as possible and of course always stone. My recommendation is measure the bottom go to your local supplier and buy a piece of granite that is halfway polished and mount it to your oven. Change how the pizza is baked make it amazing.
