So in the plant medicine space we call it dieting with the plant, and you spend anywhere from a week to monthsssss with a plant. I’ve been guided by a teacher to be with a plant for up to 6 months! It truly allows for your herbal magic to be so much more potent when you know the plants more intimately by drinking, eating, bathing or burning them on a consistent basis!
