How is the fact there is a law they can’t lose money and the user has to pay 100% of all upgrades not daily news? The argument of the wealthy is always “I put in all the money, I take all the risk” there is literally zero risk and guaranteed profit. How is that acceptable?

So, tens of millions of shareholders, including pension funds, people investing in 401ks, mutual funds, etc, have money invested in hundreds of utility companies. If the grid is nationalized, they would just lose everything, right?
