You see results way quicker than a month somebody said a month and I saw it in days if you esteem your body first and then get in the shower immediately after swimming and use this product. You will literally see the sponge turn into dingy color and then you will literally see these black dots in the pores of the sponge. Combining my at home portable sauna with this product has literally made pours all over my body disappear like you cannot see what my pores were like. It is insane. I have been raving about it for days because I just discovered it with the steaming/sauna combo and I’m like shocked
