@kate.liashenko: Tiramisu Ice Cream Bars Ingredients: * 250 g mascarpone * 40 g powdered sugar * 100 ml strong espresso, cooled * Ladyfinger biscuits (Savoiardi) * 200 g dark chocolate * 20 g neutral vegetable oil * Cocoa powder, for dusting Instructions: 1. In a bowl, whisk together the mascarpone, powdered sugar, and 40 ml of the espresso until smooth and creamy. 2. Fill silicone molds halfway with the mascarpone mixture. 3. Quickly dip the ladyfingers into the remaining espresso, making sure they don’t become too soggy, then place them on top of the cream layer. 4. Cover with the remaining mascarpone mixture, completely sealing the biscuits, and smooth the surface. 5. Freeze for at least 4–5 hours, or until completely firm. 6. Melt the dark chocolate, stir in the vegetable oil, and mix until smooth and glossy. 7. Remove the frozen ice cream bars from the molds and immediately dip each one into the melted chocolate. 8. Place them on a parchment-lined tray, dust with cocoa powder if desired, and return to the freezer for a few minutes until the chocolate shell is fully set. ✨ Before serving, let the ice cream bars sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes.
