It was actually a foul. The rules do state that VAR can review the play building from the foul which they did review and awarded no goal. Also the rules state that the player should be given a yellow card if they take shirt off or pull it over head which the ref didn’t give one… My view is the ref should’ve allowed the goal same way he allowed the play to build. (Disclaimer) neither of these are my side…#1 🇫🇷
