As someone who has had SEVERE floaters since I could see: they don't get better, you do get used to them. The thing that helps most for me is hydration.

I’ve had eye floaters since I was a kid! I remember being around 5 and looking up in the sky and seeing them. I don’t really know if mine are mild or severe because I’m just used to them at this point I never think of them. I hope each year gets better and better for you ❤️

I just recently went to the dr regarding my floaters bc it was really affecting my mental health as well. I dont think people realize how much health issues can take over ur life 😕 While there’s nothing that can be done to fix them, the actual relief of hearing the dr say there’s nothing wrong with my eyes has eased my anxiety to the point where I feel like I’m noticing them less. Learning to accept and keep moving is the only way ❤️🩹 also ur videos have been super comforting for me through this so thank you 💗🫶🏻

I have visual snow and when I pay attention to it its sooo bad it makes my anxiety worse and I feel like I’m going blind😭

My doctor told me- when my daughter was diagnosed with a severe pain condition- don’t look on line anyone can put anything on line and unhappy people are more prone to post the negatives
