I don’t know if this is possible yet but you should add sects like the hoa sect & beggars sect which can replace villages/villagers and you can use whatever currency you seem fit for information like where the location of rare items are etc also you can add other sects/clans but find a way to make them all act and move independently from each other so it genuinely looks like they have their own consciousness to make the experience seem more authentic.

idk but I think the armour also needs a rework. Minecraft vanilla armour just doesn't fit the vibe. looks so out of place with everything else.
