I just saw your last video and it hit harddddd. When I was overweight I would panic whenever I’d see a camera on me and then spend the rest of the day thinking about what I looked like in the pic/vid. Since losing the weight I’m definitely not 100% comfortable with being on camera but it’s a huge confidence booster to see the progress from other, real perspectives
