Rhaenyra is genuinely a bad leader. You can’t treat the guys who possess the two biggest dragons after vhaegar (the dragons of king jaeherys and his wife) with such disrespect. Ulf is a lowborn and the only thing he wanted was a family, while Hugh only desire is to provided a better life for his wife. At least treat them kindly, make them lords and give them a name linked to your family (just as the blackfire for example) because no matter what, they have Targaryen blood and can turn into ennemies if they are not contempt. She is genuinely not fitted to be a good queen
