i just think AI shouldn't be allowed to use the likeness of any individual at all ever even if they say it's ok. and on top of that shouldn't be used in any kind of way until they become 100% ethical and the servers become a net positive for the environment, society, and communities in which they reside. and i don't think that's too much to ask.

Every creative, entrepreneur, or anyone with any sort of IP or marketable identity needs to sign on to this. Have it down that YOU do not agree to AI using your information unless YOU EXPLICITLY AGREE. I.e. A legally binding contract that is beneficial to both parties.
