@visite.ana: Recipe 👇 INGREDIENTS Dough: Flour – 420 g (3 1/3 cups) Warm water – 320 g (1 1/3 cups) Dry yeast – 1 1/4 tsp Olive oil – 73 g (1/3 cup) Salt – 2 tsp Sugar – 1 tsp Food coloring – 2 g Topping: Vegetables and mushrooms (any you like) Puff pastry DIRECTIONS 1 — Activate the yeast Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 10 minutes until foamy. 2 — Make the dough Add flour, olive oil, and salt. Mix with a dough hook on low speed for 8–10 minutes, until smooth and elastic. 3 — First rest Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let it rest for 20 minutes. 4 — Folding (for structure) With wet or oiled hands, stretch one side of the dough and fold it over itself. Repeat on all four sides. Let it rest for 20 minutes and repeat the process a total of 4 times. 5 — Shape & decorate Brush the dough with olive oil and create dimples with your fingers. Place puff pastry on top, then arrange vegetables and mushrooms.
