No butter, cut two slices bread in to circles, add nutella about a tablespoon and make the sandwich with the other circle, pat the edges down to make sure no leakage. Mix two eggs in a bowl per person of course, dip the sandwich in to cover. A little bit of butter in the pan so it doesn’t burn and thank me later ;)

Hear me out....once you've spread your butter/nutella toppings, dip the butter side in egg (or egg wash it) then fry the sandwich in butter as you would normally and you might raise it a few notches to a french toast-esque sandwich (might not be as crispy tho)
