If your a garlic obsessed girly like me this recipe is for you! It’s easy and absolutely delicious! Full recipe below ⬇️ Ingredients: -2 large garlic bulbs -olive oil -2 part baked baguettes -butter -fresh parsley -mozzarella cheese -Parmesan cheese Method: -Cut the heads off your garlic bulbs so the garlic cloves are on show, then place them on a piece of tin foil -cover them in olive oil and wrap up in the foil then place in the oven for 30-40 minutes on 200 degrees Celsius -take out you part baked baguettes and cut diagonal lines all the way down but be careful not to cut all the way through -place them in the oven for 5 minutes then set to one side -put 3 tbsp of softened butter in a bowl, add fresh parsley, and then squeeze your garlic cloves in mixing well until fully combined -place some of your garlic butter in the slices of your bread, then also cover the whole top with it -stuff some mozzarella in the slices, and top with some grated Parmesan and place back on the oven until golden and crispy, enjoy! #garlicbutter #garlicgirl #homemadefood #garlicparmesan #EasyRecipes
