3 sick days in 2 years due to genuine medical emergencies, I’m on final warning one more sick day and I’m sacked so this is false hope they absolutely can just tick the box and sack you lol

I've been off sick for 14 months with a back injury work sent me for occupational assessment report said unfit for work no reasonable adjustments or redeployment , had a meeting last week was expecting to be told capability dismissal but no they will be in touch in 2 weeks to see if there's any improvement 🤔

A colleague had a stroke and was forced out after 40yrs of service she hadn’t been off a year and was still recovering- she also lost her daughter a year before who died suddenly- treated terribly with no compassion

This happened to me also. The senior nurse on the panel said ( despite the medical evidence to the contrary ) she didn’t think I was going to get better.
