Thanks, Belle. Capability issues can be a minefield and some of the trickiest dismissals to get right, if that's where they finish up. For the employer, they can consume large swathes of time, and the preparation of inordinate quantities of written evidence. It's by far the most fraught aspect of staff management, in my experience!✌️

55 days is not even that much considering there were surgeries!
And I'd bet you they were using the Bradford thing, huge red flag when a company uses that, it's very clear how they'll treat their staff.
