Tell her parents to confiscate her phone and laptop.. then put her in extra activities after school.. my parents put us in different clubs.. and we did the same with our children.. netball..basketball..chess and books clubs.. as well as football clubs.. mine had music and maths club .. Make the kids mentally and physically busy.. Parenting is not easy.. but it can be very rewarding!!!
