I use Greek Villa a LOT inside and outside but it’s more of a soft white. Depends on how much light there is. Sometimes you just need a brighter white, like a small bathroom.

Long term rental? Good choice on cabinets. Flooring is better with tile so it can take more wear and tear. Green backsplash is easy to redo when not really “stylish” anymore. Preferably white backsplash though for a rental.
