This is how we grow 18 zucchini plants vertically on an aeroponic tower 1. Planting Strategy: Zucchini plants develop large leaves and extensive root systems, so it's important not to overcrowd them. It is an early-maturing, high-yielding cultivar with a high resistance to powdery mildew, making it a perfect variety for hot, humid environments. 6. Harvest: You can expect your first zucchinis in as little as four weeks after transplanting.
