My labor was wonderful. I arrived at 8cm, and got an epidural a few hours later because I was stuck at 8cm. lol but no regrets because baby was born after my epidural kicked in and I was able to relax. 😊😌

Go to a pelvic floor physical therapist now! That was so helpful for me. I ended up being able to do a labor without an epidural and I am so scared of pain. 6 pushes and done. You will do great!

My daughter in law just had a beautiful delivery of my first grandson, 3 weeks ago! She was induced 11 days past her due date. She had an epidural, and had a beautiful vaginal delivery! I am a labor andelivery nurse and I know you will have a wonderful birth as well!!!!

I always feel bad for other moms when I share my birth story haha. I was in labor for 24 hours before I got to hospital, got my epidural 4 hours after arriving. And delivered 7 hours after that. Long labor, yes. 36 hours. I pushed 3 times, barely tore and had lost most my wait by the end of the week. Even though the labor can be traumatic, it's the smallest portion of your babies life. Try not to be too anxious and focus on what comes after. It's the best part! The after. And for anyone reading this with enough time to do so, pineapple and curb walking are what helped me the most I believe. So many walks, walking up and down on the curb. And pineapple which helps soften things. But I think the pineapple is for the last 3-4 weeks. It's been soooo long. So do your own research and I wish all you new mommas, the best of luck! @Ava Lee
