I am a license real estate broker in Georgia. she is not lying. we've had a few cases here where people had grass that would stay green during the winter. when everybody else's grass was dormant. it went to court and the judge made them get rid of that green grass during the winter. it's probably in your HOA rules and regulations. it sounds crazy doesn't it?
