Change the portions around to fit your individual metrics (video on how to do this and set up a macro tracking app for yourself coming soon)…Now to the good stuff… -Body recomp is the process of changing the makeup of your body’s fat to muscle ratio. -It’s a myth that you can’t gain some muscle while losing fat (as long as you’re following some very important rules and staying locked in): -First: Your training, intensity, and programming is the cornerstone of all your muscular development. Make it a priority to go as hard as you can in the gym. No amount of protein, supplements, or dieting will help you combat poor training. -Second: You must (and I mean must) eat a HIGH protein diet, and eat at mainatiance or a slight caloric deficit. This is how you recomp instead of just cutting. High protein for muscle protein synthesis. Maintance calories or a slight calorie deficit (~250 calorie’s) to slowly take off the fat. Also, fuck the processed junk bs. This will hold you back even if you’re doing the rest of your eating correctly. Third: SLEEP. Your body is an efficient machine.
