Spearmint has research in lowering androgens with PCOS/PMOS and combined with matcha this is magic for skin. It also tastes unreal iced in the summer!! All you have to do is start with a cup of spearmint tea (I like brewing from a plastic free brand or using loose leaf) and stick it in the fridge. This will be the base of your latte. You can add your matcha directly do the iced spearmint and add your milk or cream of choice. I use a dash of @malkorganics almond milk and top with vanilla cashew creamer!!
