I stick a shirt or towel inside my bra and stink it up with my milk and postpartum smells and give it to baby when I need a moment but he wants me close by. Worked like a charm.

Yes girl!!!! When women say they haven’t showered in 4 days like girl that baby is coming in the bathroom with me that’s why those bassinets have wheels!!! It’s the best ❤️

FYI after she showered her smell is now in the air from the steam so baby finds that familiar and it calms them added she has created a calming ambient as well she's a genius 💛

Shower every day ladies. The sound of the shower and the warm air almost always calms my babies. I just had our 4th and I’ve never skipped a shower. It’s good for you and baby.

When my 6m old is fighting his nap I just lay him down in his crib and start vacuuming the house 😂🤣 always ends in a clean house and a sleeping baby! But in the early months I used to just baby wear him and vacuum 🥰
