beca, não cai nesse papo de que não pode lavar muito o cabelo 🥹 o q a gente precisa é usar óleos reparadores de pontas tds os dias e fazer nutrição com frequência, pra evitar que o cabelo fique ressecado. se vc repõe o que o seu cabelo necessita, não tem problema lavar todo dia (ou quase), que é o ideal. sobre máscara de tratamento, vc pode e é recomendado usar em todas as lavagens, já que as máscaras têm tempo de ação/eficácia de até umas 48h. se vc preferir, vc pode intercalar com uma máscara baratinha na maioria das lavagens e fazer tratamentos mais pesados/caros 2~3 vezes na semana
