@maiamarjoram_: this pesto burrata pasta with crispy prosciutto ham is a pasta salad I will be eating on repeat this summer…… WOW 😍😍😍 Ingredients: • rigatoni • rocket • pesto • cherry tomatoes • burrata • prosciutto ham • Parmesan • pine nuts • olive oil 1. Add the rigatoni to some boiling salted water and cook until the pasta is done 2. Whilst the pasta cooks, add your prosciutto ham to the airfryer to crispy up for around 6/7 minutes 3. When the pasta and ham is cooked, add everything to a bowl - rocket, pasta, pesto, olive oil, cherry tomatoes, burrata, ham, Parmesan, pine nuts and mix generously before seasoning with abit more olive oil and salt enjoy 🫶🏼 #pastasalad #pestopasta #burratarecipe #burrata #summersalad
