I put coconut oil on my hair and left it on overnight. I am literally bald in spots lots of breakage with cystic pimples all in my head.!!! i will never put any oils on my hair again!

+ aloe vera blended & after leaving it for couple hours, put shampoo without sulfates & then water so you clean thoroughly. You can't believe it. Also nettle water for the last rinse & you leave it! Shiny hair!

I use this actually every morning! I lost my hair over 30 years ago. It’s not back but little hairs are growing where it was completely bald.
