With respect, customers don’t care that much. If you’re doing enterprise software it’s one thing. But if you’re working with small businesses or consumers, all of this is extra worry for something that likely won’t be noticed. Lots of vibe-coded looking software doing 10k+ monthly.

What is this weird obsession people have with whether or not they can tell if something was made by AI? It doesn't even matter as long as the thing works. Who cares? And it's probably saving someone's small business, huge chunks of revenue.

This has ALWAYS been true lmao. Lookup phpBB versus vbforum Look up we press versus square space. Web design is completely “what’s the current design fad”. No different than clothing or interior design etc.

yeah, you might be able to tell that it's vibe coded but at the end of the day, the clients only care about the product and the deliverability. They only care how it looks and how it works. Sure might catch up later on, but that's in far future, as of right now, service base businesses only care if they get a good working website, that can bring them leads and vast majority you don't know how to do Seo domains and what not
