Is there a trick to getting my cold foam to rest on top of my latte? It’s fine when I put it on coffee (hot or cold), but when I make iced lattes, I froth my espresso/water/flavored syrup mix, pour it over ice and add milk, then add my foam and it sinks through the top of the frothy part.
