I’m a stay at home mom with an Australian shepherd with separation anxiety & I would love to try to convince my husband to get him but we’re a day & 18 hour drive away 😭😭

My dog had terrible separation anxiety after I moved in with my bf and I had tried everything but he wouldn’t destroying my door. As last resource we got him a puppy and it went away and he is able to stay home alone with his sister. There’s always a solution

Separation anxiety can be very hard for some dogs. He just needs a family who will have patience and maybe with another dog to help distract him while the owners are away

For the love of god, please, please, please do research before you adopt a dog. Huskies are very prone to separation anxiety so of course he's going to be anxious if left alone. No dog deserves to be returned to the shelter because an owner couldn't handle them. This is why many dogs end up on the E list. To all pet parents or aspiring pet parents, I beg you, please do your research and adopt responsibly. I'm praying this sweet baby finds his forever home soon
