This is wild. I have had a habit of overeating and sabotaging my goals as soon as I start being on the right path. I finally realised why, and legit had an epiphany about it. It’s created awareness for me which will make it so much easier to move through. I want a peaceful life, this feels like the last step towards that peaceful life I desire. It will take so much work, but im just being pushed to change but still supported by my spirit guides. This feels like a big warm hug 🤍🤍🫂
