as a barista, pls just say that the drink was supposed to be iced (nicely of course..), if you’re spending a lot of money on a drink you deserve for it to be made correctly. 🫂 i only get frustrated if people have attitude about it.

See if they made my drink hot instead of cold I would ask them kindly to remake it because it just never taste the same on ice🥹🥹 but if it’s small mistake like forgetting whip cream or like a syrup then I wouldn’t mention it
