There’s a muscle that lifts your eyelid, not your eyebrow. It’s called the levator palpebrae superioris. When this muscle doesn’t do its job efficiently, the body compensates. The frontalis steps in. The eyebrow lifts instead of the eyelid. That’s how eyebrow asymmetry develops — not from the brow itself, but from compensation. One eye works harder. One eyebrow rises. The forehead tightens. This exercise helps harmonize the relationship between the eyelid and the eyebrow, so the frontalis doesn’t have to overwork. If you haven’t seen Part 1 of the eyebrow asymmetry tutorial, start there first. This is Part 2 — building coordination, not forcing lift. Save this and practice it consistently. And follow so you don’t miss the full sequence
