Hey, have you considered getting you CDL and driving as a trucker? There are companies like Prime inc who will pay you to get your CDL, train you, then give you a truck to live out of while you’re working and the pay is pretty damn good. It’s something to consider if you’re homeless and want a more comfortable place to sleep in. You can earn while your travel and can save a fuck ton in the process because trucking is well paid.

I live in San Diego. I’m 37. I have a Tesla. I dropped out of high school; I have a masters and I’m an RN. Go to southwestern get pre req done.. then apply the nursing program (go for bachelors. It’s harder getting a job as an ADN).

In San Diego you can achieve a CNA certification free of charge. Takes 6-12 weeks to complete. You would be eligible to work in hospitals, retirement facilities. Spend a year as a CNA and if your feeling ambitious become an LVN. More pay, better opportunity. If this line of work suits you become an RN. Way more money, more interactions with patients and families. In California there is a shortage of RN's so a job is all but guaranteed. Join the armed services, they pay for school and it's a guaranteed paycheck every month. San Diego public transportation is looking for bus drivers, rail conductors. That's all I got!

Go to community college and get an RN license. Palomar or Mira Costa. You can take a California RN license to any state.

Definitely join the Navy. You’re already in SD. Do at least 4 years and you’ll get a ton of benefits. Work the 4 years and decide what you want to do.

Google San Diego staffing company and look at the positions they have posted on there! Usually pay in the $20s and are full time with no degree requirement etc. and many companies then promote you once you’re in! Companies like appleone staffing, staff mark, ultimate staffing. At least better than minimum wage

Please consider doing radiology. If medical field is not for you, go into HVAC. It’s great pay and rewarding work.
