I wrote these 6 Claude formulas for my team. Nobody's allowed to skip them (including you): FORMULA 1. Delete your "about-me" text file. I asked you to create the text file, but later I realised Claude re-read it before every single task. Turn it into a skill instead: → Open a Claude chat. Upload your old file. → Prompt: "Turn this into a skill I invoke with /about-me. Trim it under 2,000 words. Ask me questions" → Save. Now it loads only when you call it. Download my file from here: how-to-ai.guide to get started (the link in the email after subscribing) FORMULA 2. Skills + Projects. Nothing else. The test my team runs on every workflow: You can teach it to someone → Skill. It's a client or a campaign → Project. The move nobody does: combine them. /contract skill, inside the client's Project, with Gmail connected. Claude drafts the contract in your style, with the client's real context, quoting the actual email thread. FORMULA 3. No settings are the best settings. Turn off Memory. Leave Global Instructions empty. Keep Connectors on. Done. Too much context sends Claude in circles. Same answer, every time. Fine when you draft the same contract weekly. Death when you brainstorm. FORMULA 4. Make Claude ask YOU. "I want [task] to [success criteria]. Ask me questions using AskUserQuestion before you start." The part most people miss: this trick is infinite. When Claude hallucinates mid-chat, say "ask more questions." It keeps asking until failing is impossible. FORMULA 5. Fable on Low. Opus on High. Fable-5 runs on usage credits: $0.15 for a question, $14 if you let a session run long. I tested. I paid. So: Fable on Low effort, your 2 hardest turns only. Then switch the model mid-chat to Opus 4.8 on High. It's included in your plan. FORMULA 6. Edit. Don't follow up. Message 30 costs 31x more than message 1. Claude re-reads everything, every turn. So never type "no, I meant..." Click Edit on your prompt. Everything after it disappears. Or click "Restart the conversation from here" and go as high up as you can. BONUS: 3 formulas that didn't fit on the image. FORMULA 7. Batch your tasks. 3 prompts = 3 full re-reads. "Summarize this, list the main points, suggest a headline" = 1 message, 1 read, better answer. FORMULA 8. Speak. Don't type. You type 60 words a minute. You talk 150. Dictate your prompts using wispr .ai and Claude gets double the context in one shot. FORMULA 9. Chat. Code. Cowork. A quick question → Chat. Software → Code. Anything document-shaped → Cowork. That's 6 formulas in the image. 9 in this caption. Told you not to skip. I turned all 6 into ready-to-upload Claude skills. Free in my welcome email: how-to-ai.guide Already subscribed?
