child support should only be calculated based on a 40-hour work week. the fact that I can get penalized for working overtime to try and make up money lost due to child support is wild too though.

I’m not sure if the math is adding up. It’s written he only makes $2240/month and his child support is $2300/month. That’s not $100 left over. That’s $60 in the hole every month. He has zero to live on. No court would order him to pay more than he makes.
