My man used to get his house cleaned and just recently booked another one to start again and he did all this, it made my heart happy, especially coming from a daughter of a woman who used to clean houses for a living

I grew up cleaning houses with my mom. And now when they come to clean my house, I make sure to pick up everything from counters and floors and put them in their place. My husband doesn’t get it. I also try to leave as little dishes as possible. Right now that it’s summer my kids are home, but they get out of the way for her. They’re also required to clean up their rooms before she comes !

I would rather pay extra than have to prepare my house for a cleaning service. the whole point of me having a cleaning service done is so I don't have to do any cleaning or putting away at all. I would absolutely adjust the thermostat to whatever temperature they want, get them treats, drinks & full meals, give them access to the Bluetooth speakers or leave music playing that ik they like & leave the house for the whole day. but I do NOT want to prepare my house. charge me whatever you want, but don't expect me to clean or pick up anything please

I do everything but leave. Only because I work from home. I do leave my office and go to my bedroom when they’re cleaning the office end of the house. I also Venmo them a tip directly based on how dirty my floors are. 😆

Yes, this. I am this client. Im thankful they do the work I don’t in my home, so I try and be mindful of the things that make their hard work easier. Our cleaning crew is amazing and we are beyond blessed to have them 💖
