It is sustained by daily acts of love, respect, kindness, service, forgiveness, and mutual care. Men and women flourish when they hold each other in high esteem. Sometimes the most spiritual thing you can do is wash the dishes, listen well, apologize sincerely, hug your spouse, and make them tea without being asked.
