I once made a robotic encounter. That thing had high ac over and like 200 or Points (my Party was lvl 3) the rogue critted that thing 4 times in 4 rounds. They were supposed to turn it off. 😅

Being a homebrew DM is like buying and putting together an elaborate cat condo with various wall climbing shelves around the room. And then the cats escape the house. Cause players can never schedule a session. 🙄🙄🙄

bro i have spent a week building and fine tuning a character, practicing the voice, the manurisms, the lines, i mean i wanted the players to really like this character...only for them to ignore him (me) when he tries to introduce himself. i was kinda salty that day... 😂

we almost did a TPK into a trap cuz nobody thought to check if the door was locked (it wasnt, it was a regular door) our dm spoiled a trap because we were planning to throw me through a window. half an hour of planning and we didnt try the door🤣

Im a homebrew dm that improvs 90% of my campaign. The other 10% is the skeleton of the world, lore and mission. I improv mostly so my players can have more autonomy. Without them worrying about potential derailing when they get into shenanigans and the freedom to actually have fun and be excited for next session. So far major success
