Definitely do some research. The more cushion, the worse your feet, legs, and back will hurt. The feel great at first, but it throws your body out of alignment. Our feet are meant to be flat to the ground with lots of toe room. I used to wear cushy shoes in the ER, but with more research, I should have done the opposite. The shoes are super cute, though.

everyone's talking crap to her but if i was a nurse or another job on my feet all day i wouldnt care what's technically ""best"" for my feet, i want what's gonna help my back down to my feet be in the least pain/discomfort. if that means i'd drop like $200+ on shoes then i'll do it 😭 everyone's so damn judgmental and picky like WOAH didnt know you all were podiatrists
