I do think Alex Meyers mostly is looking for comedic material when he does movie reviews/ reactions so some of the stuff is him trying to make his audience laugh even if it means representing the movies wrong . At the same time he missed important details, Bear is evil the second he see’s her freak out after the first kiss

When the studios asked Curry Baker to change the story so that Bear would be the hero, THIS was the audience they were trying to capture. An audience that would have turned Bear into a hero regardless.

I dont think he actually watch the things he "reviews" a while back he did a one piece video and made a lot of blatantly wrong statements about the show that made no sense if you actually watched it. so I'd guess he either asked ai for a summary for the obsession and made assumptions or just fully used Ai for the script

Bear knew Sarah liked him since BEFORE the movie even started. Before he broke the OWW, him and Nikki were talking about Sarah liking him and he said something like "Yeah she makes it super obvious"

he also went on this tangent at the restaurant scene and COMPLETELY CUT + SKIPS OVER THE SAAAA SCENE it's unbelievable. I couldn't finish the video at all, I've never been this frustrated at a movie review ever
