In my view both have reasons for both their actions, the Car dealer may have reasons or just preference not be filmed, while chase may have felt the dude was being aggressive the way he worded what he said an reacted. I feel if he asked not to be recorded that could have went better but also chase explaining why he's recording or what he does could have had the same effect.
