Since 2012, Mork Chocolate has always experimented with cacao-based drinks, but this is out there – even for them. Chocolate pairs well with savoury flavour profiles, though, and we can’t wait to sip on this one. The limited-edition 70% dark hot chocolate with Berry's Creek Riverine buffalo milk blue cheese will be available for one week only during Broadsheet's Dine Out festival.
